Good news dear staffs!
LIC Travel & Tours has our own dress code for staffs effective this March!
Dress Code Requirements
- Crisp White Shirts for both female & male staffs, to be worn inside the company's vests. (each staff has to purchase on their own, only vests are provided)
- Avoid dark colored shirts. Remember, it's global warming we are facing. You can never go wrong with plain white shirt.
- No tight & revealing clothes to attract customers (or boss!). No short skirt allowed, ever. Do cover your aurah, dear female staffs. (or match your vest with colored scarf around your neck perhaps?)
- All hair must be neatly groomed. Do not use too much perfume, customers might run away. Excessive make-up and flashy jewelry are prohibited.
Why Implement Dress Code?
- Image is très important!
- The employees as well as the employer need to be neat.
- To distinguish our company with the other.
Why Vest?
- Simple yet smart. And elegant.
- Easy to take it off when you're out for a date during office hour.
- Practical; you don't have to wash it everyday. A vest would be suffice for one.
- Can match with many shirts you want. White is most preferable.
- Smart casual, looks very relaxed.
- Cheap!
